Refund Policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refunds are given for time already elapsed.

If something went wrong — a duplicate charge, a technical problem that kept you from accessing the tables, or a charge right after you meant to cancel — email contact@pronoisys.com within 14 days and we will make it right, including a full refund where appropriate.

Refunds for crypto prepayments are handled case by case and, where granted, are returned in the original currency at the amount received.
