1. What Pronoisys is

Pronoisys is a subscription service that publishes statistical analysis tables for professional tennis matches (ATP, WTA, Challenger and ITF). The tables present historical performance values for both players of a scheduled match. Pronoisys is an information and analytics product.

2. What Pronoisys is not

Pronoisys does not accept, place or facilitate wagers of any kind, does not offer prizes, and does not provide betting advice or "tips". Nothing on this site is a recommendation to bet or a guarantee of any outcome. Historical statistics do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make using this information. The service is intended for users aged 18 or over.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

Access requires an account and an active subscription (base plan, plus any optional add-on sections). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prepaid (crypto) access runs for the purchased number of days and does not auto-renew.

4. Fair use

A subscription is personal. Sharing accounts, redistributing, scraping or republishing the tables or any derived dataset without written permission is prohibited and grounds for termination without refund.

5. Availability and accuracy

Tables are generated daily from third-party schedule and result data. We aim for continuous availability and accuracy but provide the service "as is", without warranty. Coverage of any specific match is not guaranteed (for example when insufficient historical data exists).

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pronoisys is not liable for any losses — including financial losses from decisions made using the service — beyond the amount you paid in the preceding month.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
